Mrs. Viola HARPHANT is Called

at 69 After Long Illness

Mrs. Viola HARPHANT, 69, wife of William HARPHANT, Clifton, died Friday at 6:45 a.m. at Fairborn Nursing Home. In failing health twelve years, her condition became critical five months ago.

Born in Jamestown April 21, 1883, she was the daughter of Jacob and Ameda CLINE HUFFMAN. She had resided in the Clifton community thirty-three years and was a member of the Clifton Presbyterian Church.

She is survived by her husband: four daughters, Mrs. Frank COOPER, Miss Ruby HARPHANT, Mrs. Fannie BREAKALL, and Mrs. Dorothy CAUDILL, all of Clifton; five sons, Charles W. and Robert R., both of Clifton; Harry J. and Harold H. of Springfield, and Albert of Cedarville; a sister-in-law, Mrs. Emma HUFFMAN, Clifton, and a number of nieces and nephews.

Services will be conducted Monday at 2 p.m. at Yoder Memorial Home, Yellow Springs. Burial will be in Clifton Cemetery. Friends may call at the Funeral Home Sunday afternoon and evening.
