That Marian Irene Nelson (Female-White) was born on the 9th day of October, 1911 in the Township of Des Moines River, County of Murray, State of Minnesota;

That Ned P. Nelson (Age-28) who was born in Iowa and Anna Busk (Age-26) who was born in Minnesota are recorded as the parents of the said Marian Irene Nelson.

That the birth was reported by N.P. Nelson, Recorded in Book "C" Page-15 and the certificate was officially filed October 21, 1911.
